Drinks containing caffeine risk of kidney stones

Reuters today quoted "of urinary tract," the magazine article pointed out that the new study found that drinking caffeinated beverages too susceptible to kidney stones.

Survey shows that people are drinking too many drinks containing caffeine, calcium in their urine will be a substantial increase in the content, making them more prone to stones.

U.S. University of Washington, said Linda Dr. Ma Xi, calcium stones are the main ingredients. If more use of caffeine, then the danger is even greater. Linda and Dr. Ma Xi Luo Jiesu Dayton doctors together, in the history of kidney stones and nine had never had stone people to do the relevant tests. They let these people in the experiment before fasting for 14 hours. Then the subjects were drinking beverages containing caffeine before and after two hours, respectively, to check their urine.

In their research report, the two doctors said that the two groups in the urine, calcium, sodium, magnesium citrate and the content has increased.

Linda Dr. Ma Xi explained that the body of magnesium and citrate was originally to help people prevent the formation of kidney stones. But drinking caffeinated beverages, will also emit these in vitro, making patients suffering from the danger increased.
