CSM disease diagnosis

1) clinical performance on the spinal cord compression, divided into two types of central and peripheral. Central-type symptoms from the upper limb, lower limb peripheral symptoms first started, is divided into light, moderate and severe;

(2) X-ray displayed on edge after more than a vertebral bone hyperplasia, a narrow spinal sagittal diameter;

(3) except for spinal muscular atrophy side cable sclerosis, spinal cord tumors, spinal cord injury, secondary adhesive spinal inflammation, multiple peripheral neuritis;

(4) the differential diagnosis of individual problems, spinal cord could be performed;

(5) conditional, for CT scan.
