Treatment of constipation drug hypertonic chapter

Hyperosmotic laxative:
Such must have absorbent, after medication increased osmotic pressure within the lumen, thereby enabling intestinal contents of increased volume increased to stimulate peristalsis. Renal insufficiency who should not use magnesium agent. Medication should be more water.
Magnesium sulfate: 10-20 grams each oral. For the more serious constipation.
Magnesium milk: 15-30 grams each oral.
MgO: 1-3 grams per oral.
Sorbitol 50% -60%: 10-20 ml per day of the oral 2-3. 60% lactulose, each 10-30 ml, three times daily oral.
